Your marginal enjoyment of Saturday night's pre-season Cowboys game may have been waylaid by owner Jerry Jones' latest Papa John's pizza commercial. In which he raps.
Do they really expect this to sell pies? The first coach fired by Jones -- Tom Landry -- likewise did a singing commercial a generation ago. That one wasn't exactly a chart-topper, but Landry did score big with another, still terrific ad for American Express.
