Wednesday's incident between Dallas County Commissioner John Wiley Price and WFAA8 investigator Brett Shipp continues to create a big buzz in D-FW. In an interview with unclebarky.com, Shipp says he won't file any assault charges after Price shoved him and later verbally threatened him while the cameras rolled.
