CBS11 made station history Thursday by sweeping a 10 p.m. "sweeps" ratings race for the first time since it launched late night newscasts 15 years ago in D-FW. But it was close -- not only at 10 p.m. but just about everywhere else, too. Our complete and fastidious report is here.
