Fox didn’t have to try very hard to run the table in prime-time Wednesday.

Repeats of Lethal Weapon and Star won from 7 to 9 p.m. in both total D-FW viewers and advertiser-prized 18-to-49-year-olds before Fox4’s new edition of the local news cruised at 9 p.m. with another sweep.

Weapon and the local news were the top draws in total viewers with 181,778 apiece. Fox4’s news was the most-watched TV attraction among 18-to-49-year-olds (67,349).

ABC’s 9 p.m. entry, the new Game Changers with Robin Roberts, bombed with just 65,440 total viewers. But it inched up to second in its time slot with 18-to-49-year-olds, although drawing just 25,657 of ‘em.

Here are Wednesday’s local news derby results.

TEGNA8 overcame ABC’s skimpy lead-in to lead at 10 p.m. in total viewers while Fox4 ran first among 25-to-54-year-olds (main advertiser target audience for news programming).

Fox4 ran the table at 6 a.m. and NBC5 did likewise at 6 p.m. At 5 p.m., the Peacock and TEGNA8 tied for the most total viewers but NBC5 was alone on top with 25-to-54-year-olds.
