Sunday night's Oscar ceremony topped last year's all-time low in the national Nielsens, but still is no blockbuster on the all-time list. Also, Mel Gibson resurfaced deep into the night on Jimmy Kimmel's post-Oscar show. Check out the movie spoof he brought with him.
