Fox4 reporter Fil Alvarado decides it's time for him to go

After 33 years as a street reporter with D-FW’s Fox4, Fil Alvarado has announced his retirement at age 70. Details, including his brief memo to staffers, are on our Dallas-Fort Worth TV page.
