Fox4 names Charlotte veteran Robin Whitmeyer as news director

Dallas-based Fox4 staffers learned Thursday afternoon that they have a news director scheduled to start shortly after the holidays. Robin Whitmeyer replaces Maria Barrs, who left the station in mid-summer for a management position at a Sacramento TV station. Details are on our Dallas-Fort Worth TV page.
