ABC hits D.C. hard with stupidly entertaining Scandal

Washington's gone way over the top anyway. So Scandal is what it gets. It's the latest overwrought, over-cooked melodrama from Shonda Rhimes of Grey's Anatomy/Private Practice fame. But for the most part at least it's not boring. Our review is here.
