Brendan Higgins, co-anchor of CBS11’s weekday early morning newscasts, has a Sept. 10th court date in Aspen, Colo. after being arrested earlier this month.
He’s been charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, according to police reports obtained by unclebarky.com.
