Finfrock ends long tenure as NBC5's chief meteorologist, but will remain with station on part-time basis

David Finfrock, the dean of D-FW weathercasters and NBC5’s chief meteorologist since 1991, is relinquishing that title to incumbent Rick Mitchell, but will remain with the station on a part-time basis.
